Ingredients:

 

sausage – 350 g;

eggs – 3-4;

pickled cucumbers – 3-4;

carrots – 2-3;

potatoes – 4-5;

green peas – 1 can (200 g);

mayonnaise – 200 g;

salt, ground black pepper, dill, parsley, and green onion (as much or as little as you'd like!)

How to prepare

1. Boil the carrots, hard-boiled eggs, and potatoes in their skins. Then let them cool and peel them.

2. Dice the sausage, potatoes, carrots, eggs, and pickles. Don't cut them too small. Squeeze the liquid from the cucumbers.

3. Drain the liquid from the jar of green peas. Grab a bowl and mix all the chopped ingredients in, adding the peas.

4. Next, add the mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. 

5. Add some salt, ground black pepper, dill, parsley, or green onions to taste.
